12 Month Programs
Most information concerning nutrition and diets comes to us in a variety of ‘indigestible’ formats. Many of us do not have the time to invest in getting to the heart of any one ‘latest finding’. And though we want to make changes in our lifestyle and diets, do not know where to start and how to measure true optimal health success.
After having studied many resources throughout her degree program, Mrs. Jones designed an easy to apply 12 Month nutritional educational program. The delivery of the program has been formatted to fit with hectic lifestyles where only one area per month is taught. Each month clients lay out measurable goals and are provided memorable guidelines that easily lead them to optimal health.
The materials are delivered in one-on-one sessions, private group formats or classroom settings. Adults and children alike enjoy the educational approach to nutrition and work well with forming their own goals.
