Great Breakfast Juices!

Carrot Pineapple Juice

Juice 6-8 carrots and 1/4 pineapple. Delicious!

Cucumber Ginger Refresher

Juice 2-3 peeled cucumbers with 1 tablespoon fresh ginger. Great blood purifier.

Tangy Watermelon pick me up

Juice 1/4 watermelon and add juice of 3 limes. Ooooh - so good.

Liver - Colon cleanser - I do this every morning

1 tablespoon Psyllium Husks

Juice of 1 large fresh squeezed lemon

8 ounces of Mountain Valley Spring Water

Drink quickly so the husks to not soak up and become too thick to drink.

Super Greens - Start your day out green!

1 scoop Powdered Green Food - Sold at our clinic

8 ounces of your favorite juice or

8 ounces of room temp water

Raw food regulars to keep in your frig

Spicy Pate

1/4 tsp cayenne

2 cups walnuts

1 large red bell pepper - sliced and deviened

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 large scallion

Mix all ingredients in food processor until real smooth and creamy!

Serve on Raw crackers, in nori rolls with avacado, on salads or in lettuce wraps.


Guacamole!

2 large avocados

1 tomato diced

1/4 diced yellow onion

Juice from 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Mush avocado and add all other ingredients stirring until blended well.
