Relieving Sinus Congestion & Ear aches
For adults and children over 12 years of age …
Drink Nettle tea - 1 cup 2x a day
Add fresh ginger, mint leaves
Take live Probiotics 3 x a day
Put a few drops of warm (not hot) garlic oil with olive oil in your ear twice a day
Supplements:
Vitamin C 1000 – 3000 mg a day
Zinc 50 mg a day for 5 days
Colloidal silver – as directed on label – can be used with drops in ear also
Clean out your sinuses with Ocean/ Nasal Saline 3x a day
Stay off of all wheat, dairy, corn, concentrated fruit juices, peanut butter, sugar, cheeses, and alcohol.
Feed yourself fresh veggies and fruits
